Our refund policy involves replacing a damaged apparel or accessory item. If this is the case, contact us at email@deepinspired.com within 24 hours of receiving your product(s). Please send us a picture and a description of the issue. We will take care of it from there and communicate with you on status updates to resolve the issue. As clothing is a print on demand service, a refund is not allowed at this time.
Paperback, Hardcovers and eBooks
If you'd like to return the PDF book, you have 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. If you purchased a paperback or hardcover version of Deep Wisdom from Amazon, you have 30 days to obtain a refund. As per Amazon’s ebook return policy, you can cancel an accidental ebook order within seven days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within three to five days. To return your paperback or hardcover book, we encourage that you create an Amazon account. We are not affiliated with Amazon but having an account makes tracking and returns easier.
Once you create an account, the steps are easy for a refund of your book:
1) Open your Amazon account
2) Go to the top of your page to 'Account & Lists'
3) Click the link 'Orders' and proceed to follow the instructions for a return.

Prints
If you don't like your print, we'll make it right. Although we do not offer refunds, we will honour a replacement for the life of your print if you find something wrong it it. Just send as a message at email@deepinspired.com within 24 hours of receiving your print to let us know any concerns. Please also send us a picture and a description of the issue. We will take care of it from there and communicate with you on status updates to resolve the issue.
